Director of the Ukrainian state-owned enterprise “Spetstechnoexport”, which is part of the state concern “Ukroboronprom”, Vladislav Belbas was released from custody on bail.

“On bail, the previously arrested Director of Spetstechnoexport, Vladislav Belbas, and two former employees of the enterprise left the Lukyanovka pre-trial detention center. This is the previous head of the company Pavel Barbul and the ex-director of the department Denis Panasenko, ”the company reports.
It is noted that Belbas paid a pledge in the amount of 7 million hryvnia, Barbul — 2 million hryvnia, and Panasenko — 5 million hryvnia.
Earlier, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko spoke about the losses due to fraud in the Ukroboronprom.
On March 6, US Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch urged Kiev to immediately conduct a full audit of the state concern Ukroboronprom and declassify the defense order to the maximum extent possible.
